Description
Normative Power.
Portatesters are easy to use. Based on the test standard, you select the corresponding test sequence. Then, the required test probe and the electrode gap for the selected test standard is displayed. The setting gauge, included in the scope of delivery, facilitates the adjustment of the electrode gap. Afterwards you fill the insulating oil in the test vessel and close the test chamber.
Now the test can be started. The test sequences are run fully-automatic.
The tester contains test sequences for all common national and international standards and test specifications. Furthermore you can self-define and store up to 10 test sequences in the tester. In summary, you can select from following test sequences:
- 13 standard test sequences cosistent with the following test standards:
- IEC 60156
- VDE 0370/96
- BS 5874/80
- UTE C27-221/74
- UNE 21309/89
- NEN 10156
- SEV 3141/69
- CEI 10-1/73
- ASTM-D 1816/90
- ASTM-D 877/90
- JIS 2101/82
- JIS Si 2101/82
- IS 6855/92
- 10 freely-programmable test sequences
- Short test for fast condition assessment (test duration 5 min)
- overload test, single breakdown measurement
- Withstand voltage test (1min … 24h) with programmable rise speed
- Level test (1-10 levels)
Each oil sample is either marked by the PortaTest with a consecutive number or by the operator by manual number input.
A detailed test report is printed by the installed thermal printer after each test. Beside the applied test standard the report also contains date, time, sample number, single breakdown values, average value and standard deviation.
If requested, the test results may also be tranferred from the tester to the PC by means of the software PrintCom. They can also be stored on the PC and test reports may be printed. PrintCom saves the result in the EXCEL®-Format. The EXCEL®-form may be freely- configured by the usesr. Thanks to this, customized test reports may be easily generated. Further details may be found under our PrintCom software.
Thanks to the clearly arranged graphical display, the operation is very easy. Four function buttons below the display are sufficiant for the entire operation. They serve to select the test sequence, to enter data, to configure own test sequences and for the tester´s common configuration in the setup, where e.g. the language may be selected.
